Christian Herrmann
Chief Executive Officer

Christian Herrmann is Chief Executive Officer of Morton Salt, Inc., a leader in the North American salt market for more than 160 years. Christian became CEO on October 1, 2012. In this role, he is responsible for directing the company’s strategy and operations in the U.S., Canada and the Bahamas. Prior to joining Morton Salt, Inc., a K+S Group Company, Christian served as head of Investor Relations for K+S.

Matt Beliveau
Vice President, Human Resources

Matt Beliveau serves as Vice President, Human Resources at Morton Salt. He joined the company in May 2014 and is responsible for leading Morton Salt’s Human Resources function and staff across all company operations in the United States, Canada and the Bahamas.

Tim McKean
Chief Financial Officer & Vice President, Finance

Tim McKean is Morton Salt’s Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance. He leads the company’s Finance and Accounting functions, as well as its financial systems and controls, and forecasting and planning process. He assumed this role in August 2014.

Betsey Nohe
Vice President, Supply Chain

Elizabeth (Betsey) Nohe joined Morton Salt in 2011 as Vice President of Supply Chain. In this newly-created role, she is responsible for leading the company's supply chain function across all company operations..

Dan Thompson
Vice President, Bulk Deicing

Dan Thompson is Vice President of the company’s Bulk Deicing business, which provides bulk salt to municipalities, state departments of transportation, government agencies and roadway maintenance contractors for highway and roadway deicing during the winter season. He joined Morton Salt in 2013.

Jennifer Schipper
Vice President, Operations

Jennifer Schipper is Morton Salt's Vice President of Operations and is responsible for all of the company's mining, production and processing facilities. She also oversees various functions related to operations, including quality, environment and operations technical support. She assumed this position in 2017.

Chad E. Walker
Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

In May 2015, Chad Walker joined Morton Salt as Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary. In this role, he serves as chief legal counsel responsible for leading Morton Salt’s Legal function across all businesses and operations in the U.S., Canada and the Bahamas. He oversees all of Morton’s legal matters, including corporate governance and compliance, risk, intellectual property and litigation.

Shayn Wallace
Vice President, Consumer and Industrial Sales & Marketing

Shayn Wallace is Vice President of Consumer and Industrial Sales and Marketing, a position he has held since late 2013. In this role, he is responsible for all sales and various marketing activities for the company’s Consumer Products and numerous Industrial businesses.
