K+S Fertilizers(India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Agronomist to support its water soluble fertilizer business in Madhya Pradesh.
- Visit markets and interact with stakeholders to understand their need for agronomic support
- Develop agronomic plans to effectively educate customers(farmers/dealers) about K+S products
- Develop agronomic tools, training material both paper as well digital media on products to support sales
- Provide solution to sales team in handling customer complaints (products, crop specific)
- Conduct training for sales managers, sales agronomists, farmers and dealers on K+S products
- Devise & implement strategies to effectively communicate the K+S product strengths to customers (dealers/farmers)
- Collect information on competitive products and suggest new products to launch in near term.
