Reporting to Supply Chain Leader this position will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and executing Supply Chain process improvement efforts
- Coordination of efforts to integrate new processes with existing ones and communicate changes to all stakeholders. Key coordinator between project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts
- Driving end to end capability improvement programs
- Assuring successful implementation of standard processes, evaluation of end-to-end performance and adjusts.
- Partnering cross functionally to determine business imperatives and supply chain responses
- Leading Supply Chain business integration efforts
- Developing and leading Supply Chain road mapping and planning to support strategic supply chain objectives
- Leading supply chain technology enablement
- Creating and implementing standard work based on industry standards
- Supporting supply chain leaders with developing strategies, capability standards and priorities
