Job Description

Responsible for determining feasibility of designing new or modifying existing plant equipment or facilities considering cost, available space, time limitations, company planning, and other technical and economic factors. • Responsible for developing expense and capital projects by generating; scope of work, alternatives, estimates, drawings, specifications, budgets, schedules and Management-of-Change reviews. • Responsible for executing expense and capital projects by; selecting contractors, writing RFQ's, awarding bids, coordinating work with operations, scheduling, overseeing contractors and internal maintenance personnel, commissioning/inspecting/approving work, and closing projects. • Lead safety improvement efforts. • Responsible for participating in Root Cause Analyses (RCA's) in the Problem-Solving Process. • Responsible for training personnel on operation and troubleshooting of new equipment. • Responsible for maintaining Equipment documentation, SOP's, Troubleshooting guides and training material. • Makes recommendations to maintenance for preventative and predictive maintenance activities. • Responsible for EHS, MOC, GMP and Quality Program Compliance • Responsible for supporting equipment reliability improvement efforts • Strictly observes GMP requirements. Is familiar with the plants' HACCP program and how it applies to your job. Maintains records as required.



Serves as Electrical Project Engineer and engineering technical support for production departments utilizing technical expertise to ensure process efficiency and product quality

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. • 2 Years or more Project Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment including PLC and HMI troubleshooting. • CAD proficient (AutoCAD preferred)

Strong technical, problem solving, planning and organization skills. • Knowledge and application of safe work practices. • Comfortable in a manufacturing environment. • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to manage conflict in a stressful environment. • Ability to work effectively on teams. • Excellent technical, analytical, organizational, oral and written communication, planning and problem-solving / troubleshooting skills.
