Job Description

As the National Account Manager for the Consumer Sales Team for Windsor Salt in Canada, you are responsible for the following: 

  • Managing Broker relationships including: setting and monitoring objectives as well as measuring performance vs scorecard.

  • Developing and executing the annual planning for Strategic customers within assigned channels.  

  • Managing and developing a Key Account Executive to grow and develop within organization.

Job Requirements

Our company values and recognizes the diversity of the workforce and is looking for a future team member with 5-7 years of Consumer Products Sales experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. In addition, this individual will have: 

  • Experience with Microsoft suite and SAP knowledge preferred

  • Strong Customer-orientation and experience managing brokers

  • Experience working within the Grocery industry

  • Solid understanding of managing account P&L  

  • A “bias for action”
