Job Description

As a Pellet Bagger for the Operations team at Windsor Salt’s Windsor Evaporation Facility in Windsor, Ontario, this person will be responsible for:

  • Safe operation of automated equipment
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting of equipment
  • Effectively communicating with the production and maintenance teams
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Contributing to the operations team by accomplishing other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Our company values and recognizes the diversity of the workforce and is looking for a future team member with 3-5 years experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing and processing environment.  Experience with automated and mobile equipment will be considered an asset.  The successful candidate must be a safety-conscious team player and able to work a rotating, continental, shift schedule.

In addition, this individual will have:

  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Post-secondary education or other certifications, will be considered an asset.
