Job Description

Responsible for managing customer inquiries for both standard business documents and technical documentation.  Documentation requests include but are not limited to: NDAs, product data sheets, ingredient composition information, nutritional content, regulatory information, allergens, genetic modification, shelf life/storage and quality programs.  Position will be working with the Sales team and our direct customers from both B2B and Consumer Products divisions.  Responsible for managing the email mailbox, tracking all requests that are submitted and answering requests within the allowed time period.  Position requires excellent project management skills and requires cross-functional work with other departments to collect the required documentation.  In additional, Morton Salt partners with third party websites that allows our customers to access standard documentation and submit requests.  These websites will need to be monitored throughout the year to ensure documents are current.  

Responsibilities
40% - Provides standard documents to customer
20% - Collects data/information from other department to fulfill the customer inquiries
15% - Maintains 3rd party website to ensure current documents are on file
10% - Requests documentation and other information from vendors
10% - Creates standard letters for the customers
5% - Tracking customer requests in database

Qualifications
Excellent written communication skills
Detailed-oriented and able to balance multiple projects at one time
Familiar with Word and Excel
Able to communicate with customers
Bachelor's Degree
