Reporting to the Marketing Director of Innovation, the Innovation Manager position is a leadership role on the Marketing Innovation Team that will focus on leading innovation efforts across our B2B and Home Care Product portfolios in North America with focus on our Food Service, Food Processing, and Water Softener segments. This role will help craft innovation strategy, create new ideas, and lead the execution of initiatives that are at the center of the company’s strategy for the Morton & Windsor brands. Essential Duties include:
New Product Portfolio Management & Execution
Lead the development and execution of product and packaging innovation plans including concept development, feasibility validation, product and packaging R&D, business proposal and approval, project execution, and customer sell-in.
Innovation Strategy
Develop & refine the segment level innovation strategies for the B2B and Home Care segments ensuring tight strategic linkage to portfolio strategies and in partnership with the Base Teams and the Marketing Director, Innovation.
Build and Protect Long-Term Brand Equity
Use marketplace insights to drive brand activity, new products, strategies, and thought leadership that communicates brand value to justify selling prices for new products.
