K+S Fertilizers (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Marketing and Promotion Manager with experience in marketing of agri-input industry. The position is based in Gurgaon.
- Develop strategy to make K+S as leading brand in WS
- Visit markets and interact with stakeholders to understand their needs for marketing and promotional tools for supporting K+S brand
- Devise plans to effectively communicate the K+S product strengths to customers (dealers/retailers/farmers)
- Develop tools, training material both paper as well digital media on products to support sales
- Develop and establish on-line media strategy and keep it updated
- Develop and implement a concept of communication and training of K+S staff and dealers in an effect, scalable and remote way (e.g. using short videos, online tutorials, etc.)
- Identify options for new ways of communication with customers(farmers/dealers).
- Establish and improve a data system for marketing plan in India.
