As the Operations Coordinator for the Operations team at Morton Salt in Port Canaveral, this person will be responsible for:
- Entering, extracting, analyzing and effectively sharing operational data as it relates to key performance indicators of the facility across all functions
- Assisting in the creation of one to three-year business plans and maturity matrices at the direction of the General Manager with input from functional leaders
- Generating project plans based on tasks, milestones and other inputs from functional leaders as they relate to continuous improvement and operational initiatives within the facility
- Supporting tasks and projects associated with each functional area as they relate to short and long-term operational business plans
- Other duties as reasonably assigned
