Job Description

Work on-site at a key client headquarters.  Manage inventory and purchase orders to provide optimal service to the client.  Provide summary and trend information.
Key agent between Morton Salt and the client for creating, managing and coordinating all purchases orders, as well as communicating forecasts with Morton Sales Team, Forecast Team and Supply Chain Team.
Communicate inventory and order status directly with store personnel.
Meet client-based monthly scorecard goals for inventory, turns and service level including promotions.
Generate monthly Point of Sale reports and provide directional analysis in regard to product flow, trends and promotional success including ROI for client and internal use.
Summarize weekly and monthly sales for all product categories at client to include YTD purchase vs. budget performance, POS trends and promotional performance.
Monitor and Track all AP/AR related issues for accurate processing and meet on a monthly basis with internal accounting team to ensure resolutions.
Conduct weekly forecast meetings with client and a monthly forecast meeting with Morton to ensure correct inventory levels and accurate promotional volume estimates.
Manage all on-line related inquiries as they pertain to the client.
Participate in monthly store visits and provide information in the form of competitive pricing, retail pricing, and best practices.
Assist in the development of sales presentations, business reviews and internal Morton reviews.
Utilize internal tools such as CRM to effectively manage account activity and customer relationships as defined by sales leadership.
Develop a solution-based, problem-solving mindset by engaging cross-functional teams to drive actions that lead to measurable results. 
Bachelor’s degree in business required.
Experience: 1-3 years experience with goals of career progression. 
                  Desire to engage across cross-functional teams 
                  Pedigree, integrity, and passion needed to manage a challenging customer-interfacing dynamic.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Highly motivated self-starter
Menards supplier experience a plus
Good written and oral communication skills
Ability to analyze data and articulate conclusions based on analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint plus SAP
Position located onsite at Menards Vendor Office in Eau Claire, Wisconsin
