Job Description

Support data entry for individual employees and mass data uploads, HR reporting and HR systems integrations (interfaces) for HRIS systems (SAP HCM, UltiPro Payroll, and Workday Implementation).
Data entry includes entering HR Actions: Hire/Rehires, Transfers, Status Changes, Personal Data Changes, Promotions, Changes in Pay, Terminations/Retirements.
Provide HR Master Data reporting for Compliance Reporting, Internal HR Demographic reporting (Headcount, New Hire, Termination, Salary changes), Non-HR Demographic Data reporting to internal functions (Tax, Communications, Finance departments and supporting Job Bid with HR Demographic data reports. 
Support SAP Performance Management Program by maintaining employee’s Performance Plans in SAP.
Make HR Data corrections in Morton HRIS systems as well as Benefits Vendors Portal systems.

Responsibilities Provide HR Systems support for the following systems: Workday HCM, SAP HCM and UltiPro Payroll.  Ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of at least two of these systems.
Maintains the Organization Structure in Workday HCM to mirror SAP OM module which includes Org Units, Positions, Jobs, Cost Centers and underlying reporting relationships.
Support Workday HCM implementation while supporting Production work for UltiPro Payroll and SAP HCM during implementation phase.  Maintain change management documentation to satisfy the company’s internal/external audit controls and compliance practices.
Enter HR Actions including: Hire/Rehires, Transfers, Status Changes, Personal Data Changes, Promotions, Changes in Pay, Terminations/Retirements and Data conversions in Workday and UltiPro (only during implementation).
Maintain individual employee’s HR Master Data records in SAP HCM and UltiPro Payroll until Workday to UltiPro implementation is completed and integration is completed.  Determine if there are situations of incomplete data or bad data which impacts Payroll or Benefit eligibility.
Maintains UltiPro Payroll Benefits Vendors export and import interface files according to scheduled delivery dates.  Run and resolve issues with all the US & Canada Export and Import Benefits interfaces and individual employees’ data issues.
Configure Workday business processes primarily in areas of Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Absence Management, Position & Organization Management, Learning and Performance/Talent Management.
Support future Workday releases, to include researching new functionality and educate the HR Team on enhancements as applicable.
Create and provide HR Demographic Reports for HR, Internal Non-HR Departments as well as external HR Demographic data requests, Benefits Vendors and Compliance reporting requests.
Provide HR Master Data reports for annual Total Rewards projects
Non-elective Defined Contribution data
Summary of Non-Qualified Plan Balances report
 NQSSP Deferral Election report
Analyze and resolve employee’s Fidelity DC Account errors
Provide documentation as requested for External and Internal Auditors
Analyze all data issues resulting from interface upload errors or bad data transmitted from or to the Benefits Vendors.
Import the salary increases for the Global Level and PRIME employee increases.
Import the new salary ranges for the Global Level and Prime employees.

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or Information Systems required.
Minimum of 2+ years’ Workday configuration required. Strong understanding of system design, structure, and administration including workflow and interface design.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Corporate Human Resources environment in the areas of Total Rewards (Benefits, Compensation and HRIS).
Working knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (SAP HCM, Workday HCM and UltiPro Payroll), including troubleshooting HR Master Data and functional system issues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience using SharePoint as a Content Management System (CMS) tool.
Experience in the data entry of HR Master Data into Workday HCM and UltiPro Payroll systems.   This includes creating HR Master Data reports in Workday HCM and UltiPro Business Intelligence modules (underlying IBM Cognos BI system).
Experience with Tableau Desktop tool for creating data visualizations and publishing data sources as workbooks to the Tableau Server for HR and Non-HR Functional Teams a plus.
Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills required.
Strong organization, training, presentation, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Must be well organized, able to work under time constraints, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines as set by the Sr. Manager, SAP & HRIS, Total Rewards Lead, Vice President, HR Americas, Human Resources Business Partners, Finance, Legal and Payroll.
