Overview

The jobholder is responsible for bringing national brand plans to life for the Windsor-branded portfolio of consumer products in Canada
The jobholder collaborates closely with the sales, marketing and communications teams to create strategic and tactical market plans and is responsible for local execution of key initiatives and the commercialization of new products.
This jobholder reports to the Marketing Director for the Morton/Windsor consumer products business.

Responsibilities

Play a key role in the development of category strategy and tactical plans throughout the Morton/Windsor strategic planning process.
Utilize consumption data, consumer and customer insights to help define and vet category and product strategies and plans.
Establish channel strategies through partnership with Sales and Sales Strategy & Planning
Deliver all brand activation activities and execute the commercialization of new products.
Represent the Windsor consumer product business on all innovation projects from idea generation through commercialization
Drives, monitors and supports execution of all consumer products marketing activities throughout Canada.
Partner with the Sales, Sales Strategy & Planning and Marketing Communications teams to translate strategies and key brand initiatives into customer execution.
Manages and optimizes the consumer products marketing budget in Canada
Works with Sales and the Sales Strategy & Planning teams to seek new business opportunities and ensure they are aligned with the category brand strategy.
Represent the brand team in key customer line reviews
Be a marketing leader for the organization, strengthening program execution and commercialization processes.

Qualifications

Bachelors Required 
MBA preffered 
8-10 years experience 
 
10% Travel
