Job Description

Maintain SAP HCM Functional and quality analysis primarily focused on the SAP Organizational Management (OM) module, but will also support the Personnel Administration (PA) module and UltiPro Payroll system.  K+S will implement Workday HCM system in 2019 for a 12/1/2019 Go Live.    The Analyst will be expected to learn Workday.
 
Supports the creation and maintenance of individual employee’s HR Master Data records in SAP and UltiPro Payroll through manual data entry from PAN (Personnel Action Notice) forms from all field locations.
The task above is completed by the HRIS Analyst entering the HR Personnel Actions including: Hire/Rehire, Termination/Retirement, Status Changes, Personal Change, Transfer/Promotion, Data conversion and Change in Pay. 
When many of the same HR Actions are required for different employees, the HRIS Analyst uses a mass upload function in SAP & UltiPro.
Maintains the Organization Structure in SAP OM module which includes Org Units, Positions, Jobs, Cost Centers and underlying reporting relationships.  Maintains the Employee to Supervisor reporting relationship in UltiPro matches the reporting relationship in SAP OM.  The SAP Org Structure reflects the accurate reporting relationships in the K+S Portal Organization Charts so hierarchy is viewable to all employees.
Manages monthly Finance reconciliation for Occupied and Vacant Positions in SAP OM module.  This requires running SAP BW Headcount and SAP OM Reports to identify Occupied and Vacant Positions and reconciling Vacant Positions to iCIMs (ATS) system open requisitions. Analyst will report Vacant Position inconsistencies to HRBPs for resolution.   This also includes maintaining the Morton Monthly HR Headcount report.
Creates and provides Ad Hoc HR Master Data Reports to HR, Internal Non-HR Functional requests and Compliance reporting requests.
Supports set-up of Benefits Deductions from Benefits Vendors by manually importing interface files according to scheduled delivery dates.  Analyst will research and analyze any data issues arising from missing or erroneous data sent to Benefits Vendors on Export interface files or imported from Benefits Vendors.

Responsibilities Lead all On-going SAP PA and OM Data Cleansing and harmonization efforts
Serve on any Cross-Functional Projects that require HRIS support
Lead all automation enhancements for data interfaces across the Enterprise
Provide HR Master Data reports for annual Total Rewards projects:
Non-elective Defined Contribution data
Summary of Non-Qualified Plan Balances report
NQSSP Deferral Election report
Provide HR Master Data reports for Benefits Vendors (for example, OC Tanner, Virgin Pulse)
Analyze and resolve employee’s Fidelity DC Account errors
Provide documentation as requested for External and Internal Auditors
Run and resolve issues with all the US & Canada Export and Import Benefits interfaces and individual employees data issues
Import Benefits Deductions interface files from the Benefits Vendors
Analyze all data issues resulting from interface upload errors or bad data transmitted from or to the Benefits Vendors
Imported the salary increases for the Global Level and non-Global Level employee increases
Imported the new salary ranges for the non-Global Level Salaried employees
Import Bargained Hourly and Non-bargained hourly rate increases and manager updates
Maintain monthly HR Metrics reporting (Headcount reports, New Hires report, Termination reports, Transfer reports, etc.)
Provide HR Master Data report requests from Non-HR Functional Teams
Provide HR Data Reports required for Compliance Reporting
Provide Infinium (Legacy HR System) data as requested

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or Information Systems required.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a Corporate Human Resources environment in the areas of Total Rewards (Benefits, Compensation and HRIS).
Working knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems and in particular SAP HCM and UltiPro Payroll, including troubleshooting data and functional system issues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience using SharePoint as a Content Management System (CMS) tool.
Experience in the data entry of HR Master Data into SAP HCM and UltiPro Payroll systems.   This includes creating HR Master Data reports in SAP HCM using the Ad Hoc Reporting tool, using the SAP and UltiPro Business Intelligence modules (underlying IBM Cognos BI system).
Learn and use Tableau Desktop tool for creating data visualizations and publishing data sources as workbooks to the Tableau Server for HR and Non-HR Functional Teams.
Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills required.
Strong organization, training, presentation, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Jobholder must be well organized, able to work under time constraints, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines as set by the Sr. Manager, SAP & HRIS.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with internal clients, external resources, HR team members, and senior company management.
