The jobholder owns all key metrics from the Balanced Scorecard within Customer Supply Chain and Logistics. The jobholder is responsible for compiling, analyzing and reporting insights; leveraging support of internal teams within Supply Chain. The jobholder plays an integral role in key projects and initiatives that impact the future of analytics at Morton Salt. This jobholder works closely with K+S Reporting and Governance Partners in Germany to ensure standardization and corporate reporting alignment across the board. The jobholder provides insight and support to the Manager, OTC Training & Process Analysis for documenting and completing the business enhancement requests and partnering with K+S IT to improve the reporting capability and efficiency.

Responsibilities Responsible for identifying opportunities in the development of report creation and report specification for analysis based on business needs within the Supply Chain department.
Take reporting ownership of monthly performance for company KPI/ metrics – Balanced Scorecard.  
Responsible for providing insights and analytics from reports and business needs in support of the Supply Chain.
Participate in cross-functional teams to implement corporate supply chain strategy.  Will support additional business needs regarding reporting and analytics of the company as needed. i.e. High level Corporate Strategic analysis initiatives; providing data, and insight leveraging experience and knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics, as well as Morton internal knowledge; to provide direction and data to other teams.
Understand the supply functionality and business impact of reporting and ultimately uses data to drive results.
Provide consultation and support to internal partnerships to increase Customer Satisfaction and experience.  Work with the CSCA and Sales and Marketing Teams to use data to enhance Customer Partnerships and Operations for future growth opportunities.
Create easy access reporting solutions for teams per spot requests and save Work Book Queries and SOP instructions for teams to use on an ongoing basis. Includes training on use of basic BW reporting functionality, in addition to future state enhancements.
Support internal continuous improvement projects, with a focus on eliminating waste, reducing cost, driving operational improvements and increased On Time delivery (OTIF) management.
Communicate project findings/results to specific teams within the Supply Chain.
Responsible for Global Logistics Reporting and K+S Reporting requests.  
Participate in various company performance meetings, and be prepared to present results at all levels of the organization.  
Work with IT development team to launch new reporting initiatives in SAP as well as future system enhancements.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required, Business, Engineering, Operations Management or Logistics degree preferred
3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics, Operations and/or Analytics
Experience with Business Warehouse or similar reporting packages and analytical tools
Advanced Microsoft Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint Skills
Tableau Reporting experience preferred
Strong understanding of SAP, APO and Data Management
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, maintaining positive relationships across multiple units and sites
Able to work independently as well as across functional or matrix team structures
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong desire to work with data and the ability to extract meaning and provide insights from that data
Able to prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Displays great integrity and trust, in addition to a desire to learn about the industry and company
