Morton Salt Dash

Morton Salt believes in enhancing the lives of employees, which is why we offer Dash – our holistic well-being program. Dash has five important dimensions: health, finances, work/life matters, social, and community.

Through Dash, employees can create a personalized well-being program to help live a healthy lifestyle. Dash also provides tips on managing finances and offers ways to become more involved in local communities. Dash can be accessed online and through a smartphone app so employees can easily find information to enrich their lives every day.

Employees who sign up for Dash receive a free Max device to track their steps and are eligible to earn up to $500 a year in gift cards.
